So I am in jew land...have been for quite sometime now. It's really pretty and such, especially the desert. We got to stay with some Bedouains (forgive my lack of spelling ability) who were cool and had good tea and food.

We did the majority of the touristy things already (dead sea, western wall, elait, camel riding, etc) so now we are staying with host families who live in the northern part of israel in Tiberias(near the sea of galilee, where i was today incase you care). I am saying with a girl named Miriam (yes, that Miriam if Jen is reading this) and an israeli named Hadar and her family. They are cool, but besides the girl my age they dont really speak english. Oh well.

So apparently israElis do do that whole curfew thing, so last night we got home around 4:30. They also have these public taxi thingys which you pay like 5-10 sheckles (4.5 sheckles=1 dollar) to drop you off at your house.

I'll be back in 9 days, i think, and then the israelis invade and then we run away for about 5 more days, so when all of that is over it should be about the 9th of the month of August.
